Hani Mudawar

Hani represented my wife and me during our recent residential home purchase in Costa Mesa. We can't speak highly enough of Hani's passion for reaching his clients' goals, his integrity throughout the negotiation process and his patience as we searched through close to 100 houses over 4 months. Hani and his office were regularly available for consultation and they led us through a completely pain-free transaction (no joke!). As a result of our experience, I would recommend Hani to represent any of my friends or associates on the buy-side of a transaction. That's specific because in our experience, representing a buyer and seller is a different animal, however, if Hani is as true to form on the sell side as he his on the buy side, I'd sleep well if he were my selling agent as well.
