As first-time home buyers, having a great buying agent on our side was so important to my husband and me, and Hamed definitely fulfilled the role. He was so helpful in answering all of our questions and explaining the whole process to us. The home-buying experience could have been so stressful and confusing, but Hamed made sure we were at ease and understood every step. He was attentive and responsive, and he took the time to drive out to Long Beach for viewings, inspections, repair work, etc. to ensure everything went smoothly and as planned.
