I was questionable at first in the selling of my property. After I found my doors were left unlocked and someone had peed all over the toilet seat after a showing. Another agent with a different real estate agency showed the property and took no time to make sure my home was secure or anything unnecessary took place. When I informed her she made sure she was the only one showing my house moving forward after that ridiculous incident. I had no problems after that. She was very responsive to any questions or concerns I had. My house eventually sold and I got a great price.
