Before leaving for Florida last November 2021 I tried to sell a property in Alliance, OH by owner. After experiencing no success in doing so before I left OH I decided to wait until I returned in April to try again selling by owner. While in Florida I received a notice from Haley offering to list and sell my twin plex property that happened to be costing me considerable expense in taxes, utilities and insurance. She assured me that my being out of state would not be an issue and that the transaction when sold would go smoothly. Haley sold the property in record time within 4% of asking, kept me constantly in the loop and the closing went smoothly. After posting our property for several weeks ourselves, Haley contacted us and said she thought she could sell it for a better price. We signed a 3 month contract and had it sold within the second month. We never met in person but it was not needed. We were able to take care of everything through phone, text and email. She was quick to reply and move the process forward. We were saved the time and worry of doing it ourselves while still getting the price we asked.
