Hala provided a photographic summary of the features in the house that where not visible to potential buyers; the orientation of the house for the best sun light exposer, the Thermomass foundation and the Nu-Wool insulation in the walls for insulation and for sound proofing, the Anderson series 400 low e windows, the geothermal heating and cooling system, the Venmar whole house ventilation system, and the solar panel power supply all of which reduced the energy consumption by a factor of 3 compared to a similar home without these features. Hala was recommended to use by my sister who is a KellerWilliams in the Illinois. It was a pleasure to work with her.

Halla and many of her team members were very knowledgeable of the area and the expectations for a sale. They called, texted to assure when others were coming. They all were respectful friendly and truly cared for my needs and listened to those concerns.
