Hala provided a photographic summary of the features in the house that where not visible to potential buyers; the orientation of the house for the best sun light exposer, the Thermomass foundation and the Nu-Wool insulation in the walls for insulation and for sound proofing, the Anderson series 400 low e windows, the geothermal heating and cooling system, the Venmar whole house ventilation system, and the solar panel power supply all of which reduced the energy consumption by a factor of 3 compared to a similar home without these features.
