Definitely use Hal as your realtor. He’s extremely knowledgeable on everything related to home realty. He will walk you through the entire process. He kept us updated every step of the way, big or small, and always answered questions we had quickly. He was very professional but also friendly. We found a buyer for our house in less than a month which was quicker than anticipated so Hal helped us determine a lease-back deal as well. Home sales can be tricky but Hal definitely made things a lot easier. I don’t usually give 5 star reviews because I think there is usually room for improvement, but I can honestly say we could not be happier that we used Hal as our realtor.
