I recently moved to Tampa from Chicago for my employer. I found Haden through Zillow. I could not have found a better realtor. Haden was FANTASTIC!! First, he is very knowledgeable. He knows the Tampa area inside and out. He knows construction very well and has a good eye for detail. So, he was able to point out many things that I did not recognize. That really helped in our negotiations. Second, he was very responsive. Any time I wanted to view a property, he was quick to arrange a visit. That made a big difference in making a timely offer that sealed the deal. In the end, I was able to close on a property at a very good price thanks to his expertise and professionalism. Next time I am selling or buying a property I will definitely use Haden. And, I strongly recommend him to others I know.
