Highly recommended! Worked with Haden on buying my first house. Was extremely competent and knowledgeable. I let him know what I was looking for and he came up with many choices. He stayed very involved in the entire process and never pressured us into anything outside of our comfort zone. Will definitely use him in the future for all needs.
Haden was the most engaged realtor I've ever have experienced. He was on time wrote an excellent description up of all the upgrades that made our home stand out from the crowd. He delivered exactly what was promised and then some. He said that he would sell our house within 30 days and he did exactly that. There were so many showings in a short period of time. We have dogs and he made sure they were taken care of while people were viewing the home. I whole heartedly recommend him to everyone.

I recently moved to Tampa from Chicago for my employer. I found Haden through Zillow. I could not have found a better realtor. Haden was FANTASTIC!! First, he is very knowledgeable. He knows the Tampa area inside and out. He knows construction very well and has a good eye for detail. So, he was able to point out many things that I did not recognize. That really helped in our negotiations. Second, he was very responsive. Any time I wanted to view a property, he was quick to arrange a visit. That made a big difference in making a timely offer that sealed the deal. In the end, I was able to close on a property at a very good price thanks to his expertise and professionalism.
