My wife and I told Gwenna from the start that we were going to be picky about the house we chose and she shouldn't expect us to buy anything that didn't check all our boxes. She wasn't deterred and set about searching for a house that fit our needs and desires. It took about 7 months to find the right home and that's when the "fun" began. The seller accepted our offer but took his time finding another house. Long story short, it seemed as though the sale might not go through but Gwenna stuck with it and made the deal happen. She was a pleasure to work with during the entire (lengthy) process and proved multiple times that she's a person who is dedicated to helping her clients beyond what most agents might do.
