We had a GREAT experience working with Gwen and have no hesitation recommending her to anyone. We have bought and sold numerous homes in our lifetime, and Gwen is hands-down the very best agent we’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. She is a true professional, and we can’t speak highly enough about her. She’s patient, kind, and always attentive to her client’s needs. She’s also experienced and thorough, and her professionalism, knowledge, honesty, integrity and hard work ethics are second to none. Further, Gwen is absolutely wonderful to work with. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. During negotiations we always felt like Gwen had our best interest in mind instead of her own; unlike some other realtors we’ve worked with in the past. You can tell that she really cares about her clients, and that she has a passion for providing nothing but the very best. For us, Gwen she always went above and beyond the call of duty; even after closing. We can’t tell you how many contractors she scheduled and called on our behalf prior to us putting in an offer, and she attended all of the inspections and contractor meetings, even when we were unable to attend ourselves. It is so refreshing to see that customer service is still alive in places where the customer experience appears to longer be a priority for most.
