I was new to this “ buyers representative “ thing now in place Not knowing Josh I was hesitant to sign with ANYONE for a period of time Josh did not pressure me and my gut said go work with this guy He was everything you can ask for in a representative. He was patient —I’m not being a New Yorker—and professional. Every home we saw he entered first , made sure all lights were one , and even acted as an on site inspector. He pointed out trouble spots in homes we were looking at, even though he knew that they awareness would make us walk away from that home I highly recommend working with Kosh and his team
