Good morning My name is Delores Keane (Jean). I want to express my appreciation to the Tricoli Team Real Estate. I decided to put my house up for sale in April of this year. I had lived in the house for 35 years but over time the repairs started adding up. My husband died in 2000 and I had no one to help me keep up with them and when I got to the point where I wanted to sell I started looking for a good realtor. I did like everyone else does and I went to google and Ryan Garcia from Tricoli Realty popped up as the best there is. I called on a Thursday and Ryan was at my house on the following Monday. Ryan was very nice and I felt that he would be honest with me and get me what I thought my house was worth. I was right. He followed thru like he said he would and with great pictures of the house and postings I was able to sell in two months. That was very impressive. Ryan was always there when I had a question or concern. Even on weekends. If he wasn’t available after I left a message I would immediately receive a call back from Virgil. Virgil was also very helpful. This was the first time I had ever dealt with a realtor and I’m so glad I chose this one. I am overall very happy with having the Tricoli Team Real Estate-Keller Williams Realty. I was happy with everyone on the team especially with Chase, Brielle, Virgil, and Neil. These people worked especially very hard to get me my necessary answers to my questions and to get my old house on the market fast. They were able to get my old house sold relatively within a short time so I was able to move on to find a new house quickly. There were a few mishaps along the way as far as communication was concerned but overall did an awesome job. Will definitely want to use them again for all my real estate needs. Thank you!!!

I also appreciated being listened to when it came to how I felt about the place that was my home for many years, the work that was put into it, and the sale of it. The listing looked wonderful with the great pictures and informative description. The sale ended up being quick and easy, despite the setbacks from the buyers side. The Tricoli team kept me informed and answered all my questions throughout the process.
