Once I decided to list my home with Jeff Tricoli (recommended by a mutual friend who had signed with him previously), he promptly met me at my home and came prepared with many 'comps' from my neighborhood. Within just a few days his professional photographer took some fantastic shots inside and outside and at the community club house - they looked more like 'renderings' - very flattering. Showings were scheduled for my convenience and followup details were relayed regularly. The preparation and closing went so smoothly - I was kept informed step by step, signed paperwork in advance as I had to take possession of my new residence prior to actual closing. And Jeff followed up with me after my move to be sure I did not have any concerns or questions.
Jeff evaluated the house, gave us his estimated value. Which was higher then we anticipated. After being photographed by Jeff’s team, we had a full price offer within 24 hrs. Jeff’s team walked us through each step until closing.
Jeff and his team were nice even during a frustrating time while it was Coronavirus pandemic. It wasn't an easy time to sell my house but Jeff and his team tried to guide me the best way through everything with their advice and opinion. Jeff was attentive any problems that I had I would call him and he would return my call. His photographer took really nice photos of my house. Jeff and his team were excellent responsible, helpful, kind and they guided me along the way to help me sell my house.

They made sure that they got the best deal for us in selling our property. The made it so simple and easy for us. Jeff Tricoli and his team are great people.
