The first time I was going to list my property, I had signed the listing agreement but then got cold feet. He was totally educated which bodes well for him and also for the classes that he got from Keller Williams at the Tricoli Real Estate office. They navigated through the Covid pandemic. And found me and all cash buyer, which was perfect because I was able to leave Florida where my mom’s house was and go back to New York, knowing that I was in the best hands. They have a terrific team both in and out of the office.
