I am no fan of the Real Estate Profession. In fact, kind of think Realtors as Legal Con Artist. Learned a lot about the Real Estate Market. Especially for Southeast Florida. Which at times cause a degree if uneasiness. Honestly it is a struggle to give 5 Stars in every category. I was not all that impressed with communication and updates seemed to be slow. I never personally met Jeff or any in his Team. Nor did I know of any Agents within the Tricoli Team that ever showed my former house. For example, I think Jeff should have given more concerns about FHA Buyers. Had to reduce price by $15K just to meet a FHA Appraisal. Granted could have rejected the Appraisal Price. However, I suppose in my area of Palm Springs almost every buyer will be a FHA Buyer. And I was not interested in showing the House another month or so. In the end though Jeff got it done and sold. Had my doubts at times that it would be a problem and stress free sale. So after all is said and done Jeff and his Team got it done. So I would recommend them. But, with reservations
