Guy Victor (Vic) is a Founding Partner and Managing Broker of Living Down South Realty and serves Northeast Georgia and Western Upstate South Carolina. Previously, Guy held positions as Corporate Sales Manager, Director of Business Development, and Vice President of Sales leading sales pursuits in complex business to business engagements. In addition, he was a successful real estate investor buying and renovating property in resurgent real estate markets focusing on future marketability and value. Living in Georgia since 1984, Guy graduated from the University of Georgia in 1989 with a Communications Degree and was on the UGA Men’s Swimming Team. Throughout his career, Vic has taken numerous professional development courses and is responsible for leading strategy, competency, compliance, and process innovation initiatives for Living Down South Realty. Additionally, Guy has earned the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist™ designation for superior performance, achieved GUILD™ recognition for individual sales at or above one million dollars, is a Member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, and is a Certified Pricing Strategy Advisor. Combining his business acumen with deep industry experience makes Guy a superb choice for professional real estate services. Considering Guy’s work ethic, he is often heard saying, “It’s not going to get done by itself.” Guy and his wife Laury Gardner currently live in Northeast, Ga by way of Lake Lanier, and have been married since 2008. His oldest son Garrett is a Magna Cum Laude graduate from Middle Tennessee State University, his youngest son Dawson is a graduate of the Terry School of Business at the University of Georgia, and his stepdaughter Riley is a graduate of University of Georgia School of Law. Guy and Laury have 2 dogs, Nola and Bayou, and 1 cat named Kitty. To Guy and Laury, Winter, Spring, Summer, and College Football are the only recognized seasons of the year.
