About Gustavo

My official name is Walter Gustavo Serpa but I go by Gustavo Serpa. I was born in Lima, Peru. I moved to the United States when I was six and lived in New York City. Even though I grew up with a single mom and an older sibling, I was blessed to spend my summers in Ischia, Italy, this is why I’m trilingual. I’m a family man, married for 19 years and have been blessed with 3 wonderful girls. We enjoy travelling and creating memories. Some of my favorite hobbies are playing soccer, basketball, certified scuba diver and being competitive. I am currently serving as the Elders Quorum President for my church. I have a Bachelor Degree in International Business from Utah Valley University. I have worked for Fortune 500 companies for the past 20 years and have always been in the top 3% of performers. I’m a licensed Realtor for the State of Florida for the past 3 years. I’m looking forward to assisting you purchase your dream home and if you are an investor, help you increase your revenue.
