Buying a home for the first time is extremely stressful and filled with unanswered questions. Guillermo was able to put me and my partner's mind at ease and was always available (day or night) to answer any questions we had. He was able to break down the process for us step by step and made sure we left every meeting feeling good about our decisions. He was extremely patient with us and we never felt rushed.
