Guillermo has great communication/follow-up skills, and kept us abreast of what was happening during the whole short sale process. He definitely had to "herd cats" at times whether it was my lawyer, title company, second mortgage company, etc. We found a plethora of errors on the initial HUD, a day before the "shotgun" closing. Guillermo took immediate action, and worked with the title company to correct the initial error-ridden HUD. Guillermo conducted a walk-through with us before closing which we really appreciated considering the Super Bowl traffic that was in full effect! We would definitely use Guillermo's services again in the future, and would recommend him to friends and family. Overall we are very happy with the transaction.
