We are lucky we met Grover. He was a great guide for us in home buying process. We say Grover was a guide because we felt he was never looking at converting a deal, rather would just guide us with all the information and would allow us time to think and take informed decision. Always reachable and would spend enough time with us answering questions we had, guiding us through the process, reviewing inspection repots / disclosures.. Has great local knowledge and negotiated very well for us to get a good deal.
