Grover spent so much of his time for months, many, many, many, weekends on ends with us to make sure that we found a home in a good area for our family. It was no easy task as the market was/is a seller's market with many cash buyers bidding way over asking and in the highly desired Bay Area. We are a young family with 3 kids, with an FHA loan (in which Grover helped us to find a really good rate) .....the odds were against us.
