Gretchen explained the whole process in detail for me at the start. She answered all my questions promptly (even late at night) during the selling and buying process. While searching for homes to buy, she gave me information about possible renovations, the neighborhood, and schools, that I didn't think to ask, but helped me make an informed decision. She was always available for me. There was not a question she couldn't answer. Her knowledge, responsiveness, and confidence calmed my anxiety throughout the whole process.
