We met Gretchen last year hen she was serving as my daughter’s agent. My daughter and son in law were moving back from San Diego to Kennett Square, and purchased a home there, using FaceTime, with us doing the walk through. She did such a great job that we decided to use her to purchase our new home in Landenberg, PA in May, 2021, and again to subsequently sell our home in Holland PA. We have now worked with her on three properties, and we have always found her to be very honest and ethical. She has the patience of Jobe, and answered all of our questions promptly. She was always very tactful and pleasant. We ended up receiving 15 offers for the sale of our house, which involved a lot of work on her part, but in the end we got the best offer. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an experienced real estate agent.

She was great in helping us to buy our first home. She aided us with some thorny issues and was communicative throughout the process. She offered suggestions for inspection personnel, and her recommended mortgage lender was equally pleasant to work with.

Wow! Where do I start? Gretchen was an absolute pleasure. She did ALL the leg work and helped to negotiate some quite difficult parameters around our sale.
