My experience with Ms. Thomas was outstanding. She is extremely efficient, followed up on every item expeditiously and had deep content knowledge and guided me through the entire process. I was insanely busy throughout the process due to the impact of COVID on my work schedule, however Ms. Thomas was so organized and efficient it made the process manageable despite difficulty with my schedule and availability. She routinely sent me text messages and emails for document review and signature reminders. We never missed or came close to missing a deadline.
