Greg Tibok is, without a doubt, one of the BEST realtors out there! Selling a home can be a daunting experience but with the right realtor, it can be a pleasant one. I can attest that my husband and I had the BEST experience selling our home. Meeting Greg was a chance meeting that turned out to be a blessing in disguise. Greg is so professional, organized and knowledge, its incredible. Beyond providing great feedback about our home and comparables & input to help us set the 'right' selling price, Greg and his team were on point with getting our home on the market, great pictures to advertise our home, great referrals to contractors to paint our basement, help us with a plumbing issue and of course the dreaded Radon Test. We needed to do Radon Remediation, and Greg had the perfect company to help us out. He even helped us retain a fantastic attorney to help us on the seller end. When you have an experienced realtor, like Greg, with great contacts, you can't go wrong. Our house went on the market April 10, 2019...we had 6 full-asking offers by the following Monday. Closing was May 17, 2019...buyers and sellers are done & satisfied. While many say that some things (or people) are TOO good to be true...Greg Tibok is the exception. He is phenomenal and HIGHLY recommended.

My husband and I were looking to sell our home (Middlebush section of Franklin Township, NJ) and Greg Tibok, Keller Williams, Clinton, NJ, had recently sold our neighbor's home for the listing price and our neighbor was extremely pleased with Greg. It was our intention to meet with two or three realtors before choosing one to list our home. When we met Greg he came prepared with comps and a suggested listing price. We asked him what improvements we could do to make our home sell quickly without investing a lot of money. He gave us a "homework" list with items that for the most part we were able to do ourselves. After meeting with Greg we decided he was the one to sell our home so we did not interview any other realtors. Our home went on the market on June 1, 2019 and in less than two weeks we had a full price offer. Unfortunately, the deal fell through after the buyer was denied a mortgage. Needless to say, we were disappointed. Greg assured us he would find us another buyer. Our home went back on the market and after a very busy weekend of showings (and an open house), we had 3 full price offers. Greg reviewed each offer with us and with his guidance we chose what we thought was the best offer. Less than six weeks later (9/6/19) our closing took place. Greg and the Tibok Team will be our realtor for future real estate purchases and the only realtor we will recommend.
