Greg is a wonderful realtor! My roomate and I are young doctors new to Miami and he was very patient, professional, and prompt during our whole housing search. Greg was extremely knowledgeable of the area of Miami and was well experienced in regards to real estate. Whichever property we liked, he was able to arrange a viewing almost immediately. He was also able to get us a great deal. I would highly recommend Gregory Selph to all of my colleagues and friends. He is also a great person and friend.

Working with Greg was an awesome experience. I wanted to move fast, and for two weeks I felt like he was working exclusively for me, as he was always available at a moment's notice and working hard behind the scenes. I would easily recommend him to anyone I know. After we first spoke to gather all my unique criteria/requirements, he had a custom profile online within an hour showing me all the available properties that matched. I told him I would be in town the following weekend, and we worked throughout that week to explore alternate scenarios if I tweaked some of my requirements, and ultimately we further refined the list to a manageable number of places. He proceeded to line up all the viewings/appointments for that weekend, and met me to walk through the properties and offer further advice. Once I decided on a place (same weekend), he helped me navigate through the complex process of making it a reality in less than another week. I don’t know what I would have done without him. Not only was he dedicated and responsive, but also very practical and honest with regard to my needs and expectations up front. This is rare quality that is often overlooked in the real estate business. Many agents will just tell you what you want to hear to try to get your business. They may seem like a good choice at first, but you will end up wasting time and suffering in the long term. Go with Greg and you will not be disappointed.
