Mr. Masi was unbelievable in every way you can imagine: he pays such individual attention to you, no matter if you're getting a starter home or a mansion. I felt like he really cared about me and understood that owning a home - the right home - is not just a quick "find something and get it" process (though my particular process was quick) - he knows that it's an investment of not only your money but of your personhood and identity to some extent. He advocated on my behalf every step of the way, and never once didn't NOT get back to me - every text was answered, every neurotic email answered, and he was very calm and reassuring. I would and will recommend him to everyone I know.
