I had set up time with Greg for over a year, he was super responsive and kept me in the loop for over a year before we came down and looked. After giving Greg our "wish List" he immediately went to work and showed us only houses that checked out boxes. His local knowledge of the area is invaluable. After meeting with Greg, we ended up purchasing a great home! I would have given more than 5 stars if I could! To top it all off, Greg is also a Great Dude, who took the time to get to know me and my wife personally, and ensure he could find us the right fit. I would recommend 100/100 times
