Contacted Greg in November 2025 about listing house for sale (Hernando Beach, flooded Helene single story, totally lux remodeled and permitted). Amazingly, Greg suggested not hiring him till Spring bc he thought the market wasn’t there yet. First agent we ever met that wanted to decline a listing, which boosted our opinion of him. We wanted to list anyway to see if we had any snowbird bites (didn’t. Oh well). He kept asking price strong, and predicted when we’d sell. Greg was on the mark! Plus he’s communicative and fun to work with.
