Used Greg for a puchase of my new house and sale of my existing house, both closing on the same day, which can be a complete nightmare. Greg was extremely helpful and made both closings happen efficiently and on time.

Todays reality is that often a seller of a home is the buyer of another home on the same day..... This is a very hard and stressful to manage this situation my experience of closing 100+ homes a year for the past 5 years gives me the experience to see and cure small problems before they become a crisis that derails both sales.... mopst real estatee agents close less than 10 homes a year... the honest truth is they lack the experience to undertand how to solve issues before they kill the deal. My wife runs our title company and I run our brokerage.... our ability to make decisions, fine solutions and work the issue to a solution is a critical reason we sell so many homes compared to other real estate agents.
