Greg sold our beloved and broken Home with respect. Hurricane Helene's destruction was everywhere in Sea Pines. Because of my declining health; and my Husband's age, we were advised by Contractor's to "Walk Away". After attempting to sell our Home the 'F.S.B.O.' way; my Husband called Greg. There was no Secretary or Voice Mail on the other end; it was Greg. He placed a sign in our yard; and in THREE DAYS, Greg called with news. Things didn't go smoothly. Dave and I signed 4 ? (I lost count) revisements to the original Contract. At one point; I honestly believed that we were finished, but Greg wasn't. He asked the Buyers what THEY needed for this sale to finalize. Once answered; our Home was sold. During this time of high anxiety; Greg kept in contact. Because of my disabilities; all of the necessary paperwork was completed at our current residence. Greg is understanding, as well as empathetic to a Client's needs. These qualities; coupled with his knowledge of the area in which we lived, the "in's" and "out's" of Pasco County's Real Estate "do's" and "do not's", as well as his professionalism, make him an exceptional choice, should you need an Agent in the future.
