I found Greg the usually way, with one of those weekly postcards that offer to sell your home. But Gregs card caught my eye and I kept it. When I decided to sell the home I called him. Things went so smoothly. You should also know I currently dont live in the Hudson area, but that did not cause any problem in the sale of the home.
