About Gregory

Before becoming a Realtor in 1999, I was a Mortgage Broker beginning in 1987. Since becoming a Realtor I've been a member of the National, Florida and Miami Association of Realtors. I've attended an extensive number of educational seminars and hold two very appropriate classifications: ABR Accredited Buyers Representative and SRS Seller's Representative Specialist. Being a Mortgage Broker & Realtor were in addition to my primary career of Law Enforcement which I began in 1974 and retired from it in 2011. As a member of the largest law enforcement agency in the South Eastern US, my training and experience is beyond extensive. This has provided a great perspective toward social interaction and negotiating transactions and of course, security. I've worked with large and small real estate agencies finding both pros & cons in each but the dynamics are still exciting for both. Beachfront Realty is the largest real estate company in Florida and that brings certain benefits of additional services and an increased knowledge base.
