Greg did an amazing job of selling our townhome, which was super pivotal in allowing us to purchase our new home. I was nervous about selling during the pandemic because like many of us I was working from home with my child homeschooling and the idea of people in an out of our home wasn’t great. Greg did an amazing job of screening potential buyers so that we wouldn’t have extraneous showings. He was extremely sensitive to our personal schedules and did everything he could to make us comfortable and with as minimal inconvenience as possible. We had our first offer on the house before it was even listed and a total of only 6 showings!!! He was absolutely amazing with organizing the close of two concurrent escrows and all the moving parts that go with it. I felt completely confident in the process the whole time because of Greg.
