My family has been working with Greg to buy a condo in the D.C./Maryland area. We had a lot of requirements that included close proximity to transportation, quiet neighborhood, and a low-rise structure. We wanted a place that would be big enough for my wife and I, and occasional visits from our adult daughter. Greg delivered on all of these requirements. n nGreg is someone you trust immediately and that first impression is also your last. He is very personable and professional, and has a great manner with which he gives helpful advice while leaving the final decision up to you. He's also very responsible and is always on-time. Greg was incredibly helpful in explaining a lot of real estate terms and laws in a way that was clear to a foreign speaker. n nHe took his time to understand all the requirements of a buyer new to the D.C. and Maryland area and was able to give valuable advice and suggest great options both in terms of neighborhoods and individual apartments. n nThe condominium we ended up buying thanks to Greg's services is exactly what we wanted. It's steps away from the Metro in a great neighborhood. We're looking forward to living there and can't thank Greg enough for all his services. Anyone would be lucky to work with Greg!
