Great experience, got it sold within a day

My family has been working with Greg to buy a condo in the D.C./Maryland area. Greg was responsive to my needs, provided very good guidance on offers on three different condos. After 6 months of looking, my offer was accepted on the last one but the seller had issues and settlement was postponed many times over a four month period.
