This is a long overdue review! Greg was a wonderful realtor. He took the time to listen to our wish list, answer questions about buying in San Diego, as we are transplants from the east coast, and connected us with a great lending agent. Greg was patient, knowledgeable, and professional. We highly recommend Greg to any home buyer looking for someone who is passionate about being a realtor and who wants to see you in a house that meets your needs and dreams.

Greg is the best realtor we have ever worked with. This is my second home buying experience and I went through 2 realtors during my first home buying experience. This time Greg was my first and last. He is very professional and takes the time to actually learn what we like and what we don’t like. My husband and I also travelled down to San Diego from Menifee, CA to search for homes. He took the time to look at homes for us once he figured out what we wanted which helped a lot because we didn’t have to look at a bunch of bad houses. We didn’t have to drive an hour and a half every day to look at houses either. I recommend Greg for all your home buying needs and we plan to use him if we ever want to buy another home. (Which we probably won’t because Greg found us the perfect house.)

Gregg Cocca is the realtor for you! He helped us through every step of the way to buying our first home. He is extremely honest, professional, and knowledgable.
