My siblings and I worked with Greg to sell three properties around San Diego after my parents died. He was organized and professional. When he received offers he presented them in a very clear fashion and always patiently answered our questions. Three properties over 6 or 7 months, most communication via email because three of us are out of town and I would say that is was very smooth. I have worked with Greg twice now (in 2016 & 2017/18) on the purchase of family homes with/for my two sons in the Del Cerro Bluffs neighborhood. We encountered challenges in both searches. In the 2016 purchase, another buyer first secured the sale. Knowing it was the perfect home for us, Greg monitored the sale and when it fell out of escrow, Greg was quick to ensure that we secured the sale. The purchase/escrow went smoothly and was expertly handled, We were so pleased with the experience that when my younger son wanted to purchase a home, we immediately contacted Greg. There is a high demand for homes in the neighborhood so once again there was competition when we found the perfect home. It, too, presented challenges - most especially from the seller during escrow. Greg provided the perfect buffer for us when the seller did not comply with aspects of the sale contract and ensured completion in a timely manner. He was always available, responsive and acted in a manner that demonstrated his understanding of our needs and wishes. I would absolutely use him again should the need arise.
