Sumter has been always been my home. I graduated from Sumter High School. I played American Legion
baseball for Sumer P15s from 1975-1978 and went on to play college baseball at Carson Newman
University where I earned a B.S. degree in 1981. After college, I managed International Fitness Centers in
both Sumter and Columbia before entering the car business at Jim Hudson Automotive in Columbia for
13 years where I was general manager for GMC and Mitsubishi dealerships. In 1997, I became general
sales manager for Jones Chevrolet and retired from there in 2024.
My wife, Dale, and I have three children and two wonderful grandchildren. I am a member of Concord
Presbyterian Church where I have served as an elder, taught Sunday School and led the youth group.
During my spare time I enjoy reading, hunting, fishing and attending sporting events.
I am excited about the opportunities that lie ahead! My goal is to give the absolute best service possible to each and every person I assist. With my four decades of assisting clients with their car purchases I am certain that I can offer all my clients all the fiduciary duties they deserve…Obedience, Loyalty, Disclosure, Confidentiality, Accounting, Reasonable Care and Due Diligence. I am looking forward to assisting you with the keys of your next real estate transaction. Give me the opportunity to show you the outstanding service I can provide for you.
