Greg’s company Realty.net provided the service we were looking for. An ala carte menu that we as sellers can pick and choose which services would best market our home. Greg and his son Chad who worked with the virtual tour, drone photos and other camera systems combined to make our listing look fantastic. We sold out home in less than 2 months with multiple offers. We chose to work with Greg to sell our home in the Sunriver area. We chose to go with the non traditional method simply because we expected our home to sell quickly and paying 5% - 6% percent in commissions for what we expected very little work (our home sold in less than 24hrs. to the first folks that visited the house) was unnecessary and frankly, we'd rather put our money in our bank acct than someone else's. The reason for the 4 star rating is due to the fact that we never really had the opportunity to experience Greg's "Skills & Knowledge" due to the fact that we never saw the website that was part our our selected package, nor did we have need for in depth support and representation. Greg and his team are all about making your home sale transaction go smoothly. They will guide you through all of the novice stuff and everything that may seem scary and foreign to you. I have sold 2 homes through them in the last 2 years and Not only saved more than half of the normal listing agent fee but, since I paid the buyers agent (2.5%) they handled all of the legal forms, inspections, etc. I can not recommend them enough!
