The process is simple and easy to follow on the website. Greg was always available to assist with questions and the documents needed were at my fingertips! I will definitely use this site again and have already recommended family and friends.

We decided to sell our home by owner and wanted to place it on the MLS listing. Searching the internet, we came across Realty Net, LLC/By Owner Oregon.com. Because we had never sold a home, we ended up purchasing the Premium Agent Assist Package. It was really helpful to get a professional looking sign, templates to create your own flyer, easy loading of pictures that you can take yourself, lockbox rental, and all the forms you need. Greg Messick was always available to take our calls including evenings and weekends and guide me through the extensive information on the website. He returned my calls promptly when I needed assistance with the forms and helping me through the steps to complete the sale. I found the website organized well, but I didn't spend enough time looking through all the information and found myself lost in the information. Greg was there to help me. Now that I'm familiar with the process, I would probably use the Build Your Own Package in the future.

We have used Greg on several of our houses now and he is always so helpful. He is quick to respond and answers my questions usually with a helpful link to help me find what I could not find.

I don't like to write negative reviews, but I keep getting reminders from the realtor to leave one. So... I did not receive or was not able to review the listing photos until after the property was listed. The property was listed even before I was provided a functioning lock box. That made for pretty awkward conversations with realtors who wanted to view the property and I could not even provide them adequate access to my own home. Granted the Covid circumstances are largely what made this difficult, but honestly, the realtor left me in a pretty poor condition to start. I had offers come in with a 24hr response requirement. The realtor did not respond to contract review requests (included in my package) until some 3 days later. Contact, generally speaking, was pretty delayed and dismal. Yes, I saved money. But I've done these sort of processes before and I would not go back to or recommend this realtor.

I listed my property in Seaside, Or. May 26, 2020 choosing the basic "good flat fee service". I chose to extend a 2.5 % commission to the buyers agent. I understood the service I chose to be limited representation. But I found RealtyNet/ForSalebyOwnerOregon to be very patient and responsive to my inquiries. I received multiple offers fairly quickly and after an extended escrow, closed on the property August 8th. All in all it went pretty much without a hitch. Would definitely use the same service again. I do plan to sell my personal residence in the future and will choose a more extensive service with the same company in order to get more coverage(more pictures, more text, other services and longer listing) since it's a larger property with more amenities. All in all I give them a high five star endorsement.

Greg is great to work with. The pricing for the limited presentation listing is very reasonable. Our condo went pending in 4 days after listing and sold for above asking.
