I have used Mr. Harrison twice now. The first time was in 2011, when I purchased my first home. He was helpful, knowledgeable, responsive, and put my nerves at ease. In the beginning of 2016, I decided that I wanted to sell and purchase a new home. I again contacted Mr. Harrison. He immediately called me back and met me at my home by the end of the week. He listed the home immediately and I began to show the home. Once we had an offer, Mr. Harrison used his expert negotiating skills and I received the asking price (Which was more than I ever expected to get). Mr. Harrison then assisted me with finding a new home. Once again he negotiated a great deal with the owners of the home I ended up purchasing. Mr. Harrison was always available for questions or concerns throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Mr. Harrison. I wouldn't use anyone else!
