I would like to take this time to speak about the professional assistance my family received finding our new home. We met Grant Wiley over a year ago. He is the only real estate agent (out of 5) to call us back right away in reference to a home. When we met Grant we immediately knew that this would be the person to sell us a home. He is genuine, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the real estate industry ( you would be surprised by how many people are selling homes but know absolutely nothing about the industry and make no effort to learn) we felt confident when Grant gave us opinions and information that would help navigate us on our journey to finding a new home. Without exaggerating, I am sure that Grant showed us just over (25) homes in a 24 month period before we finally found the home of our dreams, settling for nothing. We wanted (4) side brick, (4) car garage, master on the main, in a cul-de-sac with a basement (the fact that we are in a gated community is a bonus) and we got exactly that and more. Grants attention to detail and passion to make sure that his clients find exactly what they want is the reason I would recommend him to family and friends alike. Grant recommended a home warranty that has saved us over (9) times now! I cannot brag enough on our real estate agent, who over time, has now become a family friend, with Grant, that is quite easy to do. If you are looking for a home and are lucky enough to work with Grant, I highly recommend it.
