Grant Cox did an incredible job helping us buy our first property
Grant Cox did an incredible job helping us buy our first property. Grant spent the time getting to know my husband and I, specially what we wanted and didn’t want from our first property. We also made it clear that we would only close on a property with the a seller concession of 2-1 buy down. Grant listened to our requests and help us find the property of our dreams! We were able to get our first offer accepted with the 2-1 buydown! It was like a dream come true. Don’t hesitate to work with Grant because he will make sure all your needs and expectations are met. He is also a good negotiator. Thanks Grant!
