We have used Mr. Peterson in the past for home purchases and sales and did not hesitate to go to him again when we were trying to get a desirable home under contract. He represented our interests with expertise and was able to get us into the home even though we were a back-up offer behind a full price buyer ahead of us. He handled all the negotiations for due diligence items and found us a local lawyer to close the deal on our timetable. In all, his many years of experience got us through a somewhat more complicated home buying adventure than is average, and did so while placing minimum demands on our time. I can enthusiastically recommend him for a residential sale or purchase, and will absolutely use him again when the time comes that we find ourselves moving again.
