We have used Mr. Peterson in the past for home purchases and sales and did not hesitate to go to him again when we were trying to get a desirable home under contract. He represented our interests with expertise and was able to get us into the home even though we were a back-up offer behind a full price buyer ahead of us. He handled all the negotiations for due diligence items and found us a local lawyer to close the deal on our timetable. In all, his many years of experience got us through a somewhat more complicated home buying adventure than is average, and did so while placing minimum demands on our time. We were chatting on the phone and he told me that my Roomba was in the hallway and he asked me where it goes. I told him where the stand is so he put it back on the charger for me (beyond any expectations). I had painted a couple of rooms in the house and I asked for Grady's professional opinion (which I trust 100%) and he suggested that I should paint them to match the rest of the house. I asked him if he knew of any painters and of course he does. Next thing I know, he looking for paint in the garage so that he can color match it to the rest of the house.
