Grace was incredible as a realtor. Finding someone who can navigate the VA Loan process, as well as working around a difficult and unpredictable schedule was truly a blessing. When it came time to sell, Grace told us to just worry about moving out and she would take care of the move out clean/changes needed to prep the house for sale. She was not kidding! Every aspect of the entire process, both buying and selling, she walked us through it all, making it such a simple process. I was a first time homeowner, and she made sure to help us out even between the buying and selling, when we were living in the area. Whether it was just recommendations for good places to get dinner, to a good repairman for electrical issues that arose from bad storms, she truly made us feel welcome to the area. Grace is the standard which I will judge any future realtors, and she set such a high standard that I feel like we will be disappointed with anyone else we deal with. I cannot recommend Grace highly enough. She truly cared about our journey, and her knowledge and professionalism was second to none. I will always recommend her to anyone moving to the Bell County area!

Grace sold us our first home almost 20 years ago and sold us our forever home a few months ago. She made both purchases as easy as they could be.
