Grace was incredible as a realtor. Finding someone who can navigate the VA Loan process, as well as working around a difficult and unpredictable schedule was truly a blessing. When it came time to sell, Grace told us to just worry about moving out and she would take care of the move out clean/changes needed to prep the house for sale. She was not kidding! Every aspect of the entire process, both buying and selling, she walked us through it all, making it such a simple process. I was a first time homeowner, and she made sure to help us out even between the buying and selling, when we were living in the area. A friend recommended that I use the "Best Realtor in Central Texas" to sell my father's house (who had recently passed away). Since I live 700 miles away in another state the idea of trying to sell the house was very intimidating. So I contacted Grace and she lived up to the billing as the "Best" and help me through each step and made the entire process pretty simple. The listing that she made for the house and the photographer she used did such a great job I almost couldn't believe it was the same house. Within just a couple of days we had many offers, all of which were over the asking price. When some roof problems were found during the inspection, Grace helped in arranging a local contractor to get it fixed very quickly in order to make sure we made it by closing.
