A buyer was found immediately for my property. Unfortunately the buyer was from another realtor who had not done her homework and the contract fell apart. Grace was fantastic through the whole ordeal. She not only walked me threw different options but also needed to hold the hand of the other realtor. She then went out and sold my home again.
