When Melissa and I started this path of buying a house we had no clue what we were doing but we called Grace up and she took the driver seat and she help us from there. Grace was amazing to work with. Scheduled an appointment immediately to check the property. She did her pre-work and brought multiple examples of the area's comps, and took great pictures to post. Gave advice on things to prep and do before viewings. She was always very appreciative of keeping the house show ready and worked through and for everything I asked or needed.
